Materials and Construction
All pieces in this collection are individually made to order and are handcrafted by designer/craftsman Hal Ross.
Each piece is inscribed with his distinctive Logo or Maker'sMark.
All pieces are constructed using kiln dried vertical grain fir. Joinery is traditional mortise and tenon with through walnut dowel cross pins, stainless steel screws and water proof glues.
Each finished piece receives multiple coats of marine grade oil resin that will allow for a natural weathering to a rich medium brown color.
